Fun in the Gym

For 20 months to 3 years old. A playful parent & tot class centered around age appropriate developmental movements using special, tot sized apparatus. We place a strong emphasis on socialization and motor skills and group involvement. Parents attend the class with their child and will help encourage their child to master the basic skills of gymnastics.

* Class time 45 minutes

Pre-Beginner

For 4 and 5 year old children. Pre-Beginner classes continue to focus on mastering the basic motor skills of gymnastics. However, we begin to introduce more challenging physical skills in an environment that will keep with their maturity level. Children will learn many of the same skills taught in our Beginner/Recreational gymnastics.

* Class time 45 minutes

Beginner - Recreational

For girls or boys 6 years and older. This beginning level teaches the basic gymnastics skills on each of the 4 gymnastics apparatus. This level is full of rewarding challenges that will encourage your child and keep interest levels high. Our staff evaluates your child weekly and will keep you informed when it is necessary to move to the next level.

* Class time 1 hour

Intermediate

This level is for children that have mastered all the skills in the Beginner level and have been evaluated by the instructor. Intermediates stay for 2 hours, 1 day a week to provide them with the practice time needed to master our highest recreational skills.
